§ 2 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer, according to § 13 B2C a “natural person” who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity
§ 3 Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text
The acceptance of these GTC apply to orders placed by consumers via the online shop’s website www.prosecco.co.com.
The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).
The presentation and description of the goods on the www.prosecco.co.com website does not constitute a contractual offer.
By ordering a product by clicking on the “Order” button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by e-mail.
The text of the contract is saved with orders. Consumers will receive an email with the order details under the applicable terms and conditions. After the conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed online for non registered users.
§ 4 Payment
The statutory value-added tax is included in the prices quoted. The exact amount of the VAT will be calculated at check-out depending on the VAT percentage of country of delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be calculated upon check-out.
The following payment options are available to consumers:

- Bank transfer (EPS)
- Credit cards (Stripe Inc)
- Apple Pay (Stripe Inc)
- Google Pay (Stripe Inc)
- Klarna (Klarna Bank AB)
§ 5 Delivery, Delivery Restrictions
Delivery takes place within 5 working days, unless the description of a selected product explicitly states otherwise.
In the case of payment via bank transfer or Paypal, this period begins on the day after the payment order is issued.
§ 6 Transfer of risk
The risk of accidental deterioration or loss of the goods rests with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer upon delivery.
§ 7 Return policy
Prosecco.co.com offers its customers an unconditional 30-day right of withdrawal. You can notify us of your refund request through by email.
The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we have received the goods in good condition, you will receive your refund through the same channel used for payment.
§ 8 Liability notice
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be viewed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in this process.
§ 9 Reservation of ownership
The user retains title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 10 Warranty
The European legal commercial guarantee regulations apply.
§ 11 Alcohol protection of minors
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using our website, you warrant and assure that you are at least 18 years old.
