Where is my order, and how do I track it?

Every order ships with a tracking code, sent to you at dispatch, so you can follow your bottles every step of the way to your door.

We ship right across Europe, with delivery typically completed within 48 to 72 hours of dispatch. If your tracking hasn’t updated or something looks off, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it up.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Orders are hand-packed and dispatched quickly, with delivery usually completed within 48–72 hours across eligible European countries.

Standard delivery starts from €9. Orders over €99 to Austria & Germany ship free, and selected special packages include free shipping as standard. Your exact shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout, before you pay.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver throughout the European Union and across most of the continent, carried by trusted, fully tracked couriers wherever you are.

What is your return & refund policy?

Not completely delighted? You’re covered by an exceptional 30-day return window — generous, straightforward, and designed around your peace of mind.

A bottle arrived damaged — what should I do?

Every bottle is cushioned and boxed to travel safely, but if something does arrive damaged, we’ll always make it right.

Correo info@prosecco.co.com straight away with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund for you.
