The Collio and Colli Orientali hills of Friuli produce some of Italy’s finest whites: Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Malvasia — crisp, aromatic and mineral, with the texture to stand up to food. Chardonnay, Traminer Aromatico and Verduzzo round out the range.
